The primary focus of the Community Manager is to support our mission by being the main point of contact to ensure anyone who reaches out receives everything they need to be successful.

Our ideal candidate is an outgoing people person who loves helping others get just the right answer they need. Your communication style is clear, positive, and helpful.

You don’t shy away from doing whatever it takes to ensure the members of our community feel heard, encouraged, and guided. No matter what their question or tone is, you are happy to find the answer and provide support.

We are looking for someone who is warm, compassionate and has experience in a similar role providing exceptional customer/client/patient support.

You are excited to learn our products and programs inside and out, not in an effort to further your digital-marketing knowledge, but to truly provide the absolute best support and guidance to members of our community.

This is a work-from-home position that will report directly to our OBM and will also work closely with other key members of the team. This is a part-time role and there is plenty of freedom and flexibility in the schedule. However, we generally work 9 AM to 5 PM UK time and would expect you to be available during those hours.
The hours for this role are part time and will begin with 10 hours per month and increase as necessary.

There are times when the workload will be much higher than others and we are looking for someone who is committed to “getting the job done”.

For example when we are hosting an angel cafe and when we are enrolling new students in our online programmes your hours will increase. Also as our communities grow the hours necessary for this role will increase to meet the demands of the role.

We have two main communities online

The Angel Cafe a large public Facebook group where our main audience is. We host a free fundraising event two or three times each year. We host a live Angel cafe where 22 speakers (Lightworkers, Coaches, Therapists, Healers) stream live into the facebook group.

We want someone who is available to support us in growing OUR mission.  

This is not a good fit for someone who has an established book of clients or an established spiritual business and is just looking for “more hours” or a “side gig”. 

Our small dynamic team is sacred to us and we are looking for a like-minded person who is willing to make that same commitment. Our business is like a family and when we find someone that is a fit for us whether that’s a VA, a team member or a contractor we aim for a long term relationship.

This position has just been created and we are figuring out exactly what’s involved and we require someone with flexibility and the ability to help us create this role including daily and weekly tasks and accountability.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a cheerleader in our private Facebook groups to encourage clients and answering questions
  • Manage our FAQs and create a library and/or document for this
  • Create calendar reminders in our facebook communities for all upcoming events and activities in the group
  • Create email sequences in Kajabi and aweber
  • Manage all content in the FB groups and create content sequences and units
  • Manage and moderate the communities ensuring that members adhere to our community rules.
  • Communicate with and manage speakers for the Angel Cafe
  • Create the timetable for the angel cafe and post it online
  • Create marketing content and graphics for the angel cafe events working with our graphic design team
  • Welcome new clients to our private Facebook groups
  • Work with our team with any tasks or to-dos that they ask for
  • Relay feedback and findings from community and customer conversations back to the OBM
  • Stay up to date with the latest community, Facebook and digital marketing trends as well as new products, features, and improvements within the company
  • Increase community and customer conversion by preemptively providing resources that help people get unstuck and closer to the solutions we offer.
  • Always leading with compassion and understanding.
  • Know and communicate Aishling’s voice, vision, values, and content with total confidence
  • Perform tech support for enrolling new students in collaboration with our team
  • Answer emails related to our community
  • Have knowledge of kajabi or be a very fast learner and be able to support students enrolling in our programmes.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Virtual assistant and/or admin experience is a plus!
  • Comfortable with YouTube and all social media platforms
  • Would describe yourself as ‘tech-savvy’
  • DETAIL ORIENTATED, organized, creative, and great at measuring results, and meeting deadlines.
  • You’re a people person! Supporting others and coming up with creative solutions is your jam.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — you get things done and keep promises.
  • Has previous experience with providing client/customer/patient support
  • Comfortable with Facebook and instagram
  • A patient and compassionate approach to community conversations, it’s crucial that you take an understanding approach that puts kindness first, always. (Yes, even when you’ve heard the same question 10 times in one day!)
  • Commitment to continually learning, improving, and refining our community-building processes.
    Extremely flexible, compassionate, and team-oriented — you stay positive and committed to solving problems instead of focusing on them.
  • Mature, coachable, and happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane administrative tasks (there will be a mix of both!)
    Wonderful communication skills (both written and verbal) — you get people and are great at seeing beneath the surface and getting to the root of an issue.
